Project Types

Electrical distribution and electrical equipment failures are often preceded by a rise in temperature.  This is easily isolated by an experienced electrical thermograpy expert.

Regularly scheduled infrared thermography inspections help eliminate costly emergencies and even prevent tragic disasters. At Schultheis Electric, we typically inspect:

Infrared Thermography has other uses as well. It can identify areas of commercial buildings that have been penetrated by moisture and will therefore be subject to mold, rot, and premature weathering. Examination of furnaces and boilers can reveal insulation loss, expensive inefficiencies, or areas weakening toward failure.
